CEO
Vivek A. Sidhwani
Vivek was part of the first graduating class at the Mahindra United World College of India and successfully secured the International Baccalaureate diploma. He then went on to complete his undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia) and returned home with a BA in Economics.

THE expressTalent STORY
At University in the United States, Vivek got an opportunity to extensively study the workings of Hollywood talent management companies like William Morris, ICM & CAA for a research project. He has always nurtured a passion for Indian cinema and Indian forms of entertainment. Having returned to Mumbai, and interacting at a personal level with the Indian film industry, he realized that there are no genuine avenues to tap talent. Vivek strongly felt a need to create a level playing field for all. So, as an extension to his management studies, expressTalent was born as an application of his knowledge in an industry that is closest to his heart.
